Customer Email Journey

Sun RV Resorts tasked me with creating automated email journeys that customers would receive throughout different stage of the customer buying process. Customers would sign up to receive information about Sun RV Resorts but nothing was being sent to start establishing a relationship with the subscriber.

Welcome Journey

Sun RV Resorts divides their RV Resorts into regions which I used to create 8 different emails showcasing what was offered in each region (click to enlarge and view the entire email). The focus for this was to highlight the states in each region and allow customers to go directly to that state’s website page to view the resorts.

Process Email example

This was the 1st email layout that I designed for this journey, it highlights the Roam Newsletter/blog and the Ways to Stay at a Sun RV Resort.

Post stay email

I’m developing the Post Stay Journey emails that will be utilized to get past customers to rebook by reminding them about the about the adventures they experienced during their stay at Sun RV Resorts.

The south welcome email

Welcome to The South is one of the regions that I created an email for. This email highlights Florida and South Carolina and gives you a glimpse into what adventures the region has to offer.
